Citizen Health Accountability Platform


The Citizen Health Accountability Platform (CHAP) is an informational platform for citizens to engage with the work of Transparency International Kenya (TI-Kenya) in the Health Sector.

Information Consolidation

CHAP consolidates information relating to the different innovative ICT platforms developed by TI-Kenya to enhance transparency and accountability in the Health Sector at National and County level.

Knowlege Platform

CHAP provides a knowledge platform available to citizens on transparency and accountability work by TI-Kenya in the Health Sector including: informational videos, research and advocacy reports.

Projects Portfolio

CHAP also provides information on projects and partnerships engaged in as part of TI-Kenya’s work in the Health Sector at National and County level.



The Mobile Drug Tracking System gives citizen access to Check Availability Essential Drugs In Health Facilities In Kenya.


A4T Mobile App

The App helps citizens monitor the utilisation of resources at public health facilities in selected counties and report suspected corruption ANONYMOUSLY. The App is available for free on Play Store for android devices and App Store for IOS devices .
